When will my order arrive?

Can I pick up at your studio?
All of my print orders are produced and shipped from my fine art printing partner. Due to the many sizes and styles options I offer, I don't keep inventory at the studio. Original paintings may be picked up at the studio by appointment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Typically orders go into production the next business day, but sometimes same-day depending on the order time. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order by texting 360-401-0909 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. I do this because I really want you to love your artwork.
Do you have a return/exchange policy?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact by texting 360-401-0909 or emailing email@example.com.
What is the difference between a print and an original?
PRINTS: A print is a very high-quality reproduction of an original painting. My prints are created by taking very high-resolution photographs of my original paintings, and then printing them onto museum-quality, archival papers and other materials.
I order a print of an existing piece on canvas, then apply a some paint on top. The result is a one-of-a-kind version of an existing piece. This is a perfect option if you’ve fallen in love with a piece for which the original has already sold, or when you’d like the look and feel of an original without the price tag. An original painting is a one-of-a-kind painting, done completely by hand by me, Janice. Original paintings will vary in size and type of paint I use.
